Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses OnlyManager, including team members an agency invites. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you do it.

Minors: zero tolerance

• Every user, and every creator managed through the Service, must be at least 18 years old.
• Never use the Service to create, store, promote or distribute sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, and terminate the account immediately.

Consent

• Do not use the Service in connection with non-consensual content, including intimate images shared without consent, hidden-camera content, or deepfakes and AI-generated likenesses of real people who have not agreed to them.
• Only manage creators who have given you clear, documented consent to operate their accounts, and stop when that consent is withdrawn.
• Do not use the Service for human trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any kind.

Platform rules are your responsibility

Agencies are solely responsible for complying with the terms, policies and content rules of OnlyFans and every other platform they connect, including rules about account access, automation, messaging and disclosure. OnlyManager does not review your use for platform compliance, and a platform action against your account is not our responsibility.

Only accounts you manage

• Only connect, sync or analyze accounts that you own or are authorized in writing to manage.
• Do not use the Service to scrape, monitor or collect data from creator or fan accounts you do not manage, or to build databases of other people’s fans or content.

Credentials and security

• Only store credentials in the vault that you are authorized to use. Do not share, sell or misuse credentials, or use them beyond the scope the account owner agreed to.
• Do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, or access another customer’s data. Report security issues to legal@onlymanager.app.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

Messaging and fans

• Do not use the Service to send spam, to harass, threaten or defraud fans, or to mislead fans in ways that break the law or platform rules.
• Respect fans’ privacy. Do not expose their personal information outside the platform.

General

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties without our agreement.
• Do not use AI features to generate content that violates this policy.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report abuse to legal@onlymanager.app.
